These policies help Chambers Car Care provide fair quotes, safe service, and dependable appointment times.
Deposits and payment
The required deposit is non-refundable and is applied to the approved service balance. Do not send money until Chambers Car Care confirms your quote and payment amount by text. Cash App and Venmo payments are completed outside this website.
Vehicle preparation
Remove personal belongings, blankets, bedding, loose trash, and other items from every area you want cleaned. Areas that are not emptied may be skipped or may require additional time and pricing.
Starting prices
Interior detailing starts at $275, and qualifying three-row vehicles start at $360. Starting prices are not guaranteed final quotes. Vehicle size, condition, location, pet hair, odors, stains, hazards, and requested add-ons can change the total.
Mobile service and weather
Mobile service requires a safe and legal working location with enough room around the vehicle. Weather or site conditions may require a change to drop-off service or a rescheduled appointment.
Changes and rescheduling
Contact Chambers Car Care as soon as possible if you need to change an appointment. New times are subject to availability, and any change to the vehicle, service, location, or condition may require a revised quote.
Heavy and specialty cleanups
Biohazards, bodily fluids, pest contamination, extreme odors, and unusually severe conditions must be disclosed before service. Photos and an assessment may be required. Chambers Car Care may decline work that cannot be completed safely.
Cone rentals
Test-driving cone rentals start at $30 and require a refundable deposit. Return timing and condition requirements will be confirmed before the rental. Missing, late, or damaged items may affect the deposit return.
