Do you come to me?
Yes. Mobile detailing is available throughout Columbus and surrounding areas. We need a safe, legal place with enough room to work around the vehicle. If mobile access is not suitable, a drop-off appointment may be recommended.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit of 20–50% is required unless Chambers Car Care states otherwise. It is applied to your approved service balance. Please wait for your quote and deposit instructions before sending payment.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Rain, storms, freezing temperatures, or unsafe conditions may require mobile service to be rescheduled or changed to drop-off service. We’ll contact you when weather could prevent safe, quality work.
Why don’t you list one flat price?
Vehicle size, condition, service location, and the work required can vary widely. Photos help us give you a fair, accurate quote before you book.
Do I need to clean my car out first?
Please remove personal items and loose belongings from every area you want serviced. This lets us focus appointment time on detailing.
Does pet hair cost extra?
Pet hair removal may require an additional charge depending on the amount and how deeply it is embedded. Send clear photos so we can include it in your quote and bring the right equipment.
Can you clean a heavily soiled vehicle?
Yes, many severe messes, stains, and odors can be handled after an assessment. Send clear photos and describe the condition before booking. Biohazards and unusually severe cleanups require specialty pricing and may need a different service plan.
